By accessing and/or purchasing products through this site, you agree to the terms and conditions below without exception. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you cannot make any purchases through this site. Please check this agreement regularly as we may amend these terms and conditions in detail. Continued use of this site means you agree to all changes.

The rights to the midifiles made available for downloading belong to Orkestbandenkopen.nl. The copyrights to these are held by the authors, which Orkestbandenkopen.nl regulates via STEMRA, among others. The downloads are therefore legal. Possible follow-up costs by using these midifiles are no longer for the account of Orkestbandenkopen.nl.

The midifiles may not be used for resale and may not be used in commercial productions without a written user agreement.

Account

In order to order on the website, creating an account is not mandatory. Should you choose to do so for various reasons, this data will be treated as highly confidential and only used for internal purposes. However, you remain responsible for the consequences of creating this account. If you wish to cancel your account, please do so in writing at info@midifileskopen.nl.

Orkestbandenkopen.nl may block your account without notice or consent in case of abuse.

Agreement of Payment

You agree to pay in advance for all products ordered through our services using the payment services offered on the site. You are responsible for providing valid credit card details or other payment information required for this purpose.
During the order process for payment confirmation, you can still change or cancel the order.
Payment is accepted online after validation of the order by a credit card issuer, Paypal or other payment service.

However, it is also possible to pay by bank transfer. 

Digital delivery (Download)

After complete financial settlement, you will receive an e-mail containing the link(s) to download the midifile(s) you ordered. If you have created an account, these will also be 'credited' to your account so that you keep an overview of the midifiles you have ordered and can download them again here at any time.

Replace agreement

Every effort has been made to ensure that everything is in perfect condition for distribution. In that case, if the download link does not work, or if the downloaded file is damaged, Orkestbandenkopen.nl will, after a request by e-mail, send you the file by e-mail. Only for the same title. Refunds are only possible if it is proven that the file has not been received or is still damaged even after sending it by e-mail.

Non-liability statement

Orkestbandenkopen.nl has taken reasonable (security) steps to ensure that the site functions as optimally and securely as possible and that the financial processing and downloading functions as smoothly as possible.
